These have bene recommended by other teachers, parents and children as sources for great experiments and science ideas that can be used in or adapted for your classroom.

CSIRO Science for Schools: Australia

Their teacher resources, science by email programme and Double Helix (10+) and Scientriffic (7+) magazines and resources are particular highlights.
Their DIY page has some fabulous activities that can generally be done with everyday equipment from home or school.
