The success of the NZ Association of Science Educators is dependent on the contribution of its members. Contributing organisations to NZASE such as regional science teachers’ associations, subject standing committees, science fair committees stay viable due to long-term sustained contributions from key individuals.

NZASE is calling for nominations from any group associated with NZASE for this annual award named after Peter Spratt the long serving executive officer of NZASE. A letter of nomination outlining the key contributions of the nominated individual to science education at the regional and national level is to be received by the 4th of June 2010. Address letters to

Lindsey Conner
President NZASE
